Terms of Service
Prices in AED, grades on the invoice, delivery across the Gulf, and the rights that sit above these terms.

Waqas Dubaiwala, Al Fahidi Street, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Write to hello@waqasdubaiwala.com or call +971506695344. The counter is open every day from 10:00 to 22:00.
These terms are the contract between you and Waqas Dubaiwala, for the website and for a purchase at the counter or online. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them, together with the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
If a line in these terms conflicts with a right you have under UAE consumer law, that right wins.
We sell new, used, and refurbished phones, laptops, tablets, watches, audio, and accessories from the counter on Al Fahidi Street, Bur Dubai, and by delivery across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.
The website is the catalogue. The contract for a particular device is formed when we accept the order, not when you first put it in the bag.
Keep the sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account until you tell us it has been misused. The details you give us, including the delivery name and phone, must be real, because the courier and the refund both depend on them.
We may close an account that is used to abuse staff, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with the site. Open orders are still fulfilled or refunded.
Each listing states the brand, model, and condition. New means factory sealed, with the manufacturer warranty on the listing. Used means inspected, with the store warranty on the listing. Refurbished means restored to the grade written on the invoice, with battery health recorded there.
Photographs show the model. A small difference in colour on your screen is not a fault. The colour and storage you select at checkout are the ones we pack. If a detail on the page is wrong and you relied on it, the Refund Policy applies.
The contract price is the AED amount on the order. If you switch the site to another Gulf country, the figure on screen is a display conversion so you can compare. It is not a second price, and it is not a quote in that country’s currency.
We may correct an obvious pricing error before the order is accepted. If we do, you can cancel for a full refund of anything already paid. A coupon applies only when checkout accepts it, on the terms shown with that code, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order is confirmed in your account. We may decline an order we cannot fulfil, including one that fails a fraud check or asks for a quantity we do not hold. If we decline it after you have paid, you are refunded in full.
The maximum quantity of a line is the limit shown in the cart. Please check the model, colour, storage, and address before you place the order. A mistake you tell us about before dispatch is easy to fix. After dispatch, it follows the Refund Policy.
Checkout is cash on delivery for now. Pay the rider in cash when the box arrives. We do not ask you to type a card number into this website.
In the shop we take cash and card. Where Tabby or Tamara is offered, their own terms govern the instalments. Title in the goods passes when we have received cleared payment.
Standard delivery is AED 25, and free when the merchandise total is AED 500 or more. Express delivery is AED 49 and aims for the same day inside Dubai when the order is placed before 4pm and the item is in stock in Bur Dubai. Other emirates are typically 1 to 2 working days. Gulf destinations outside the UAE are dispatched from Dubai and tracked.
Risk passes when the courier marks the parcel delivered to the address you gave, or when you collect it at the counter. Give a phone number the rider can actually reach. A failed delivery caused by a wrong address or a missed call can be re-sent at the delivery fee.
Times on the site are aims, not a guaranteed clock time, except where we have written a specific promise on that order.
Change-of-mind returns, faults on arrival, and the warranty for new, used, and refurbished goods are set out in the Refund Policy. That policy is part of this contract. Nothing here shortens the 7-day return or the warranty printed on your invoice.
A review can be left on a product you bought once the order is delivered. One review per product. Say what you think. Do not include another person’s private details, hate, or a claim you know is false.
We may hide a review that breaks those rules. We do not edit a review to make it kinder.
You agree not to misuse the shop.
The name Waqas Dubaiwala, the site design, the product descriptions we wrote, and our photographs belong to the shop or to the people who licensed them to us. Brand names on the products, including Apple, Samsung, and the others we stock, belong to their owners. We sell genuine goods. We are not those manufacturers.
We are responsible for a device that is not as described, is faulty on arrival, or fails under the warranty on the invoice. We are also responsible for a loss that the law does not let us exclude, including death or injury caused by our negligence, and your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for a loss caused by a courier delay outside our control, by an account lock you forgot the password to, or by a use of the device we did not sell it for. Where the law lets us limit a purely commercial loss, that limit is the price you paid for the item concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates that apply to them. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. That does not stop you from using a consumer authority in the country where the goods were delivered.
Write to hello@waqasdubaiwala.com first. Most questions about a grade, a missing cable, or a refund are settled at the counter without a formal claim.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change. An order already accepted keeps the terms that applied on the day we accepted it.
